Pd = games played.

Pts = points

GD = goal difference

XP=  expected points

XGD = expected goal difference

ITB = inside the box net numbers for the season

L8 = inside the box totals (created-conceded) for the last 8 games.

The first three columns are "real" in terms of points won and goals scored/conceded, but league tables do sometimes "lie" even after 37 games and the last four columns are more interesting as they show performance levels and who has been over/underachieving in front of goal at both ends of the pitch.

I have had quite a lot of interest in the website/newsletter service during "lockdown" , I guess more people have had additional time to spend online and that has helped them find, or rediscover, clubgowi.
 
Many asked about the birthday (clubgowi was 14 years old on March 31st) "offers" which were to be put on hold until sport resumed.
 
That is now the case with the Bundesliga set to restart at the end of next week.

The Bundesliga now looks set to return to action on May 15 after Germany's Chancellor, Angela Merkel, who was originally thought to be insisting on a two-week quarantine for all clubs before the league can resume , has now agreed to reduce that to 7 days and allowed the actual start date to be decided by the DFL (German Football League) ,who will hold a general meeting by video conference on Thursday where representatives from the clubs will finalise details .

Brand loyalty can and should disappear when consumer needs change, but the product doesn't......................

Many sports bettors will have withdrawn funds from their betting account(s) during the lockdown and the likelihood is that once sport restarts. that they will go back to those same bookmakers and re-deposit.
 
That is human nature, it is a kind of perverse brand loyalty and most of us take the easy route in life and go with what is familiar, but probably would not deposit money into a bank paying 0.5 % interest when another big name institution was offering 2% and it should be the same when searching for the best betting option(s).

The 2019-20 Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 seasons have been "called off" and there will be no football in France until September.
 
PSG have been confirmed as "champions", Marseille have qualified directly for the Champions League while third-place Rennes will enter the qualifying rounds, with Toulouse and Amiens relegated.  But personally,  I still feel this has a little way to run.
